Refund and Returns Policy

If your box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged, please contact our customer care team and we will work to send you replacement samples, an entire box, or a refund on a case-by-case basis.


We understand that everyone’s skincare routine is different. Some products may be a better fit for you than others, but that’s part of the fun and the service that we provide. Please note all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
