Vitalize Box is a trusted skin care subscription box that provides you with professional skin care products that are approved by health care professionals and medical aestheticians.
Vitalize Box was created as a professional collaboration between the Poly Beauté Group and Enhanced Care Clinics, combining over 35 years of aesthetic and medical experience to provide you with the most advanced treatments.
Each box includes 2 or more full size products, with a total retail value of at least $60. Our subscribers will also receive sample products from luxury brands, coupons, and exclusive discount offers for poly beaute services.
Our subscription boxes renew every quarter. The month in which you sign up will be the box you receive. For example, if you sign up between January and March, you will receive the first subscription box.
If a product sells out due to unexpectedly high demand, you will receive a similar product from a different brand but with a similar retail price. The products you receive will be featured on the website at the time you sign up.
A quarterly subscription costs $60 CAD.
A yearly subscription costs $240 CAD per year. (When you sign up for an annual subscription, you will receive a complimentary gift for FREE!)
